Division 28 Engineering was founded by a United States Marine Corps Veteran who wanted 

to continue to serve his community. Embracing the 28th Division of construction

“Electronic Safety and Security”, we specialize in all aspects of the division, priding ourselves on

being second to none in quality and peace of mind. Our owner is not only a veteran, but also a licensed

Master Electrician, certified NICET Level IV, and FCC GROL certified. Our services include, but are not limited to, fire

alarm, security, surveillance, access control, network, and all plans and designs are engineered by our certified
